After completing the form, please save it and send as an attachment.

■ Announcement : Oct 4(Tue),2011, the winner will be announced via Hankook Ilbo Newspaper, posted on the online contest gallery website, and also notified individually by e-mail

Extremely intrusive advertising is part of the Korean Internet culture.
I don't recommend giving them your e-mail address unless you want that
intrusive advertising dumping into your in-box.
