Default WiFi CF cards?

Is there such a thing as a WiFi CF card that would allow say a standard
SLR to transmit photos to a host PC as you go? I know some top end DSLR's
have this built in but could it be added to others via the CF slot? I'm
guessing not because how would you configure the channel etc but does
anyone know of anything?

Not exactly what you are looking for, but I have a 2.5ghz transmitter,
intended to take tv signals from your sattelite/cable system to another
tv in the house. It came with a bracket for connectiing up to a
camera, so you could transmit the pictures (or video) from a camera to
a tv (or video in if your graphics card allows that).

These should still be easily available from eBay, where I bought mine -
around $40.
It might do what you need.

Doesn't appear to be CF though.
