Default Whatever happened to Soligor ?

I owned some old Soligor lenses. I believe it was made in Japan by
Allimatsu or AIC Photo. I could not find this product in the internet
any longer. However there is a website about Soligor products in
germany. I never tought that Soligor is made in Germany. However, the
sympol with a star and a line looks the same as the lens' box that I
have. Did the company that make Soligor lenses still exist?
