Default FS PC2100 DRAM (generic) DDR 266 512mb (2 pieces)

I have two working 512k MB PC2100 DDR266 ram modules for sale. Just upgraded
my kids computer with DDR400 ram which is why I am selling these. If you
have a PC with DDR266 RAM and want to upgrade your memory these are perfect.
Asking $45 each plus shipping to anywhere in the USA only.

Thanks,
Bill

Unless your kids computers use an 800Mhz Front Side Bus, then you
accomplished nothing and quite possibly hurt performance as the motherboard
is likely to not recognize DDR400.

First off, I don't see how this sale is related to this newsgroup. No
comment on your asking price but please don't post irrelevent stuff here.

Secondly, most mobos allow you to adjust FSB in BIOS. In the case of AMD
system, you need to use 200x2 FSB (not 800Mhz) to take the advantage of
DDR400, although a lot of DDR333 will work that fast too. In any case, you
can run DDR400 at a slower speed and there is no loss of performance as
compared to DDR266.
