There was an article in Popular Photography and Imaging (Aug 06) on this
subject. Here are some of the sites: istockphoto.com shutterstock.com dreamstime.com bigstockphoto.com fotolia.com alamy.com Good luck based on the article its not easy to sell these photos cause its so many photographer submitting photos. Can anyone recommend a website for selling photos?
Since you weren't so clear on how exactly you want to sell photos (stock, events?), may I suggest smugmug (www.smugmug.com) They have a "pro" type of account that allows you to set the price of your photos make it available to people to buy it. disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with smugmug, I'm just a standard user. I can provide you with a $5 discount though if you like.
