It insists that I have to create a Facebook account, otherwise it won't
show me the pictures.

no it doesn't.

no facebook account is required.

He said "pictures". Plural.

i know what he said.

The one photo is visible, but to "see more from The Untrained Eye" the
screen says you need to log in or create an account.

nope. it doesn't say that nor is there any requirement to create a
facebook account at all.

However, if you click on the one photo to enlarge, you can arrow to
the other photos.

in other words, no account needed.

you agree yet you argue anyway.

You could have explained this, but you took your normal position and
simply argued without helping.

there's nothing to explain. it works as advertised.

you could have kept quiet and not attacked.

It's not an attack to point out that you are an argumentative prick
who never offers useful replies. It's just a statement of fact.

that's an attack if ever there was one.

You could write: "Click on the image and then arrow to the rest of
the images" and provide something useful to someone for a change. Or,
if you don't want to help anyone, just don't reply at all.

he didn't ask how to view the images. he said a facebook account is
required and it is not.

All you do is haunt this newsgroup for reasons to argue with people
and provide useless information that is of no benefit to anyone.

not only is that flat out false, but it is *you* who is guilty of what
you claim i am doing.

Are you so thick that you could not deduce that he needed to know how
to view the images?

I'm sorry. I didn't realise that.

it's not true.

Many of the photographs are good but I'm not sure that they are worth
getting a Facebook account. :-(

no need.

THank you for your comprehensive explanation.

Yes, I see it now. You can click away the window asking to register. I
didn't think about that because very often Facebook will block any
further browsing unless you set up an account.

Decent images, sharp with good colour. A odd vertical banding in a couple of the shots. Black and white snow-capped mountain the the rain clouds shot. Clever they built a walk-way over the wetland.

That's to protect the wetland.

I kid you not.
