Buffalo photographer doing kickstarter campaign...

He's running a one month campaign to raise money so he can travel across the country photographing bars and drinks in bars. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...-a-ph?ref=city And exactly why is that any of your business. As long as the poster is presenting a truthful statement about the project, the question is between him and the people who might want to help. If you don't like the project, don't help. If you feel it worthwhile, help the guy get started. On the financial side: $37,000 is not a lot of money for one year of travel. He is apparently using personal resources as well. On the artistic side: His work lacks the uniqueness and spontaneity I would hope for in that type of project. Compare Philo's work, that has that quality. -- PeterN |

Kickstarter is a public appeal so it's anyone's business who cares to read about it. Whether to help or not is an individual decision.
