That is an unlikely behavior on the part of any professional
officer,
and if such an occurrence happened, he would in all likelihood be
facing criminal charges and loss of a badge.

You are still focussed on the cop. What should the GIRL do?
Should
she
strip down for him and then sue, or should she refuse to do so and
take
the arrest?

Do you know of a case where this "strip" thing might have happened,
or
is this still pure fabrication in your mind?

it happens.

Thanks for the cites. Certainly there are rogue cop situations, but
there are also remedies.

In those examples there seems to be something far more insidious going
on, in that it looks as if there is a distinct racial discrimination
aspect to this. I hold that none of the officers involved should be
wearing a badge.

Note it is the Trooper facing felony charges.

Another case of officers who are oiut of control, who are going to
cost
their department a whole bunch of money and who should be fired and
prosecuted themselves. However, in this case it seems the civilians
encountered were not particularly squeaky clean, but that does not
excuse the lack of professionalism on the part of the officers
involved.

Officer Daniele seems to be an individual with issues and she needs to
seek out a new career. I agree an agressive strip search on the
roadside is inappropriate and unusual, and unless the officers
involved
can justify such a search, they should face the consequences of their
actions.
In my mind the only justification would be a direct threat due to
concealed weapons.

And you still haven't told us what your advice to your daughter would
be
should she find herself in such a situation.

I would advise her to tell the idiot cop the following: "My dad,
Lieutenant Savageduck will have your ass if you don't come to your
senses right now."

Sounds like a bad attitude to me. Definitely "obstructing". Gotta
arrest her.

...and if he arrests her according to procedure we will deal will it.
If he books her according to procedure, we will deal with it. However,
if he is out of line, we will also deal with it, and in all likelihood
he is going to have a change in his career path.
For both of them there are consequences for their actions and lessons
to be learned.

Now, unknot your panties, put them back on, and try to chill out for
the rest of the weekend.

Now, Duck, what are woment taught about getting into cars in rape
avoideance classes?

You are wandering waaay out into left field here, and are creating a
weird personal agenda which has nothing to do with the arrest of Mr.
Stanley for obstruction because of flying his drone, and where he was
not once required to drop his pants. Your hypothetical, regardless of
some nospam proffered examples is asinine.

You have gone from the cop not having authority to arrest the drone
pilot, to the cop needing to explain why he had given his order, to
having my daughter ordered to strip or face arrest for obstruction, to
the hypothetical cop who shares a fantasy regarding females removing
panties with you, now turning into a predatory rapist.

Are you trying to tell us something about yourself?

BFG!!!

What is "BFG"? The only context from which I know the term is certain
video games where it stands for Big *beep*ing Gun.

Think: Old Cartoon Strip!

It involves endurance, not Ursa Major.

No. No idea at all. I get "Big Friendly Giant" by Roald Dahl in the
'80s, after my time for reading childrens' books, "Big F**king Gun" from
Doom and Quake, BF Goodrich the tire company, and that's about it.
