Among other problems, cellphone cameras are usually fitted with a wide

especially portraits.

We can all find problems with almost any camera/lens combination in use. My
iPhone is not my camera of choice, but it is more than capable and there are
the cellphone images captured by capable photograophers to prove it. Scroll
though some of these shots and I would say that most of us here would be hard
pressed to replicate the work on display with our DSLRs and mirrorless
cameras.

Some taken for reasons of news. That applies to the following.

Some of you may remember that I have taken a series of photographs of
the reconstruction and commissioning flights of what at the time was
the only Mosquito bomber to fly.

Today I took a trip out to the workshop of Avspecs who rebuilt it, to
see what was going on. I found it overflowing.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...R--7501942.jpg shows
progress on Mosquito number 2. They have it scheduled for it's maiden
flight in July this year. Note the very non-mosquito wings in the
foreground. They belong to a Cessna of some kind which for the moment
is outside in the yard. There are more aicraft on the other side of
the blue-frame shelves.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...R--7501947.jpg is
another view of Mosquito 2.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...R--7501949.jpg shows the
other corner of the workshop with a partly rebuilt Spitfire 16 in the
foreground. Behind it is the very corroded fuselage of a Grumman
Widgeon undergoing reconstruction.

The interesting thing to me is the Mosquito number 3 is in the next
building waiting it's turn to be fitted out. As if this is not enough
the owner of Mosquito number 4 is disconcerted at how long he has to
wait to have his flying.

To top it all off, all of these mosquitos have/will-have their
fuselages rebuilt or replaced on jigs made by Glynn Powell. Glynn
intends to build his own Mosquito which will make Mosquito number 5.

After posting the above I had a rush of brains and went to the AvSpecs
web page https://www.facebook.com/Avspecs

That's full of hordes of photographs much better than I managed to
take. It does help not having the shop jammed full. Aviation
aficionados should spend some time browsing. Photographs are mainly
related to AvSpec restorations but are taken all over the world.

no different than many other non-phone cameras.

just as there are add-on lenses for such cameras, there are also many
add-on lenses for phones, including a turret for an old-school feel.

here's what's available for an iphone:
http://momentlens.co
https://www.olloclip.com
http://www.iprolens.com/
http://www.optrix.com/photoprox/
http://www.izzigadgets.com/shop/izzi-remix-6

https://www.manfrotto.com/shop-by/co...and-action-cam
s-accessories/klyp-for-iphone-5-5s-6-and-6-plus

even slr lenses can be used:
https://photojojo.com/awesomeness/iphone-slr-lens-mount

and there's even a very slick device from olympus, which fits onto a
phone but is actually a mirrorless camera that uses a phone (ios or
android) for the viewfinder and to control it:

It would have been really helpful, if you provided even a summary
description of what each does, and in the case of duplicate
functionality, which works better for what.

So tell us Which link provides what information, or do they only discuss
