Default Memory Stick HS and Sony P73 ?

I want to get a 512 or 1GB stick for my sony P73, although I am confused as
to what to buy. I would like a DUO (so I could potentially use it in other
things like a PSP), but will the new High Speed cards make any difference
for me? Am I still limited by the hardware (camera and usb2) or will the
high speed be notable? I have also heard that the HS sticks are also more
reliable.
