First off...thank you for the comment.

I am not a New Yorker ...I'm from Milwaukee but my wife and I go to NY
at least once a year.

The exif info was stripped when I reduced the resolution for Drop Box

but I remember that evening well.


The Camera was a Canon 50-D and I had been shooting at the highest ISO
setting which is 12,800 the shutter speed was probably 1/60th


I have a few similar photos that kind of have that HDR glow...but are
completely unedited

just thought it of interest that no photo processing was needed


Subject wise it reminds me of Pisaro. To clarify, the people are part of
the image. It is not an image of peope at a location. It is a image of a
location that has well placed people in it. Photographically speaking
that is not the current style, but I like it. You obviously do too.

As my wife and I were walking back to our hotel room I kept taking
photos. The sky had such a great aura.
