How about this, it's a very public critical comment on your website. Wanna

All legal expenses incurred in the course of conducting a business are a
tax write off. Gross income less expenses = taxable profit. Or is your
tiny penis spreading the disease to your brain?

Nice play. The site is not breaching any copyright laws. Don't try to
make yourself out to be important. You're not. You are just another
insignificant blip on the radar. Get a like dumbo. Anyway, hasn't your
school gone back yet?

Another lie from the Master.

It must really suck to know that you even got bested by the idiot,
Noons.
There is no way you could have had my AOL account pulled.
My mistake was hosting one of Noon's pics on AOL.

Of course, I've already signed up again on AOL with another free
account so if you wanna play some more just let me know.
I'm sure there are some newbies here who would laugh their asses off
at some of your godawful shots of ugly brides, one-legged grooms, kite
surfers, and wedding cakes in front of filing cabinets.

Sucks to be you-D-Mac, no matter which name you are using!

Yeah...
Not as bad as your out of focus eagles, barking bitches (which one is
the bitch) wide angle shots with not just blown but no highlights and
brides with 20D bras. How about your classic with the kid hanging out of
that joker's pocket at the wedding reception? Absolute classics mate,
classics.

No wait... The wide angle shot of lurch and his ugly bride (your kissin
cousin perhaps?)or even the family shot of the fossilised lawyer's
mob... Now that really was a classic. Who was that horrible looking
bitch poking a face at the fossil?

Or that one where your wide angle lens makes the old Sheila and the fat
kid on the church steps look like Humpty Dumpty and his mum. Are all
your relative morbidly obese?

Yeah mate... I got a whole gallery of all those great shots you pulled
off your site as soon as I pointed them out. I can see it now. "World
class wildlife photographer turns his lens to paid assignments" ROTFL.

The thing is hillbilly, we all have our less than perfect pictures. We
don't always see in them what others do. Like my award winning portrait
you see as a one legged groom. and cake with a chest of draws behind it.

Wedding photography is opportunistic photography. Maybe 50 out of 250
shots could actually make it into an album. The rest I used to post on
the net in the hope my clients might order some.

You and the half wit calling himself Thomas stuffed that little money
earner up. You tried to stuff up my Ebay sales of wide format prints
too. Isn't it great Ebay sent me all the logs of your hundreds of
attempts to crack my seller account? It's even better that your IP
address is listed in every post you make.
http://www.annika1980.com/cracking.htm

How stupid are you to try and pull a federal crime but leave a trail
leading to your door in the process?

If you stopped making your smart assed comments referring to me every
opportunity you got, that site would be gone by now. You just can't help
yourself, can you? Get a life while you still can jackass.

tax write off. Gross income less expenses = taxable profit. Or is your

Gee. It's that simple eh? I wonder why anyone would ever need a tax
accountant. Must be just a rumor that some evil accounts started to drum
up business.

A European 2006 survey listed Australia as having the world's most
complex tax laws. It seems that even for personal tax, the guide sent
out with each annual tax return is the size of a small phone directory.
The laws applying to business are even more complex. Maybe you should
have a chat to the Australian Tax Commissioner and let him/her know that
they don't need to go to all that trouble, that you can show them how to
do it with one simple calculation. I am sure that they would be grateful.

Your naive approach to business and tax should make it clearly obvious
to anyone who might have had doubts that you have never had a successful
business. Of course, one day the tax man might have a few words to say
if you have actually tried to apply such a simplistic approach to taxation.

Basically a proportion of SOME expenses can be claimed back, under
certain extremely rigid criteria, not all of them. One thing is obvious
here, I have experience paying tax on business earnings, you don't. I am
not expert, I pay others to provide that service, but I pay the
resulting tax and am very aware of how idiotic your claim really is.

Nice play. The site is not breaching any copyright laws.

What about defamation? I am using it to **** all over you - so to speak.

I am absolutely convinced that you are an incompetent photographer with
no personal integrity and no business ethics. I think that you are one
of the worst liars I have experienced and I really doubt that anyone who
has known you in real life for more than a few months has any respect
for you at all. I think that you are opportunistic and fundamentally
dishonest. Ok?

If you want to argue that anything in the above statements are untrue or
defamatory, try suing me. Hell, just one of the cars I own is worth more
than you have ever earned or are likely to earn - and it's close to
forty years old. C'mon, sue me, you might even enjoy a small part of the
experience (ever been to Boston?) but you won't enjoy the outcome
because I base all of the above on my observation of your antics
on-line, not an any other criterion. I merely reflect the image you
provide. Can't be successfully sued for doing that.

Don't try to
make yourself out to be important.

I'll try hard not to, but when considering me in any light reflected
from you, that could be a difficult thing to achieve.

You're not. You are just another
insignificant blip on the radar.

Beep...

Get a like dumbo.

A like dumbo? What's that, an inflatable elephant? Can you spare one?
What will you do for a sex life?

Anyway, hasn't your
school gone back yet?

Nope. It is still right where it was when I left it.

Can I ask a dumb question? I will anyway...

In the one post above you (Douglas St James, Douglas St James
MacDonald, Douglas MacDonald, Douglas James, whatever) admit to
downloading a "whole gallery" of Bret's shots and hint that you
may post them online in the future to get back at him (why else
would you need to save them?), then just paragraphs later call
that sort of behaviour a federal crime and he's stupid for
leaving a trail leading to his door.

My question is this:

Could you please let me know your nickname changes ahead of time
so I can adjust my killfile appropriately? Thanks.

That site - or the tiny url - has been sabotaged. I tried it at 2350
hours UTC on Wednesday, no go. Something about an interrupted connection.

Just tried it, works fine for me.

If you can't get thru, just imagine an animated cow doing what cows do,
on a certain deserving webpage..

But it's very childish. I certainly do not approve of such behaviour.
