Freeware to blur out and soften facial lines and blemishes

Offline facial wrinkles and blemish cleanup freeware.
Nothing fancy. Just something that is designed for this, and works.

I used to use Vicman's Photo Editor (as I recall) to just blur out smoothly
facial lines and blemishes. It was so easy. You just walk along a wrinkle
and it smoothed it out (after you get the settings right for each photo).

Now when I go to the vicman site, they push me to an online tool
(http://makeup.pho.to) where at the old viman site, all I can get is Vicman
cartoonist despite the indication that the photo editor still exists.

Any idea where to get the "real" vicman (offline) photo editor freeware
that will clean up facial features?

I generally don't trust the non-official sites such as these

Well, I've never used it for that sort of thing, but I use IrfanView for
everything image-related: for fixing scans of old photographs, I find
its clone brush good. (I can't remember what IrfanView calls it - clone
brush is what Paint Shop Pro called it.)

PSP also has Airbrush, which is like a spray can.
Width and opactiy can be adjusted, making it perfect
for blending in unwanted details. I expect any decent
graphic editor has such tools, as well as multi-level
undo.

I have downloaded from the Softonic portal without any problem. It's
based in Spain, but has been around since 1997.

Just a word of advise, Softonic is a known malware vector. I suggest a
system check with Malwarebytes, or similar.
