Hate to say it Tom. But, you get what you pay for. Next time go to a
good lab. And I would go back and raise a stink. They would rather you
just disapear than come back and complain.

To you personally? Possibly not. But if you let business get away with
careless service (no matter how inexpensive) you get... most American
companies.

My general rule of thumb is, even if I don't get satisfaction, to tie
up their staff long enough listening to me that they take a loss equal
to mine.
