Um, no - of course not! (He says, nervously typing on an 11-year-old
Mac, next to an even older and less-used PC)

Film was cheap, not like changing a camera to get a new sensor.

digital cameras can emulate whatever film you want or produce far
better results that would be impossible with film as well as being
*much* less expensive to use, unless you shoot very few photos.

I may have had some film stored, but whenever anything new came out, I'd buy it.

thereby wasting what you had stored.

My wife has been using it for the last year or so. I am getting ready
to sell it. However I have been using it intensively while trying to
sort out a software problem being experienced by its replacement (most
likely someone elses server synchronisation problem). i7 processor,
8GB Ram, graphics card. Latest Windows 10. Its still a respectable
performer.
