That image is not noisy.

Not a lot can be told from the image anyway, 50% crop, heavily processed, no
idea how well the shot was lit and no image from any other camera to compare
it to.

A 100% crop will probably show more noise, but the 50% crop shown there
is very clean. In any case, this example shows that you can use the E3
at ISO 3200 and get acceptable results (if you postprocess with a noise
removal software).

And this noise removal software comes with the E3?
