: Ah, but not all of us are as laid back and "sweet" as Wayne is. With some of
: us you'll have no credibility until you persuade Bret to cough up that 40D you
: gave him a couple of years ago. We don't actually recall that he even gave you
: his old 20D, and now he's parading all over Usenet with his new 5D2. If he's
: rich enough to go full-frame, he can certainly afford to relinquish his old
: goods, especially since you helped him out as you did.

: LOL.

:
: Sorry, I can't do that. For one, that was the best gift I ever gave
: someone dear to me as it gave me great pleasure to give it to him. I
: never expect reciprocation. I did it because I wanted to. It's a
: good backup camera if he ever needs it.
:
: "We don't actually recall that he even gave you his old 20D"
:
: I guarantee that he did send me his 20D with all accesories, manual,
: computer software and the original box it came in. Not only that but
: he also added the 50mm f1.8 lens to it and a memory card. He was very
: generous, because I offered to pay for the camera but he wouldn't hear
: of it.
: It is my favorite camera.

On that point I stand corrected. I was just browsing through some old ShootIn
pictures and did run across one Helen took with the 20D.
