Default Facial Recognition Focus

Some long zoom EVRs are beginning to feature facial recognition
focusing. If anybody out there is or has been using a ZLR with that
feature I would like to know if it is a real advantage to have or if it
is just some hype that while it does work is not very significant when
it comes to focusing your subject.
