Thanks, I already called that people, but they only repair cameras imported

Well, I guess you just discovered the problems associated with gray
market imports.
Take the camera to where you bought it or send it to the support center
of the originating country.

I'd say the term "loser" applies to the doofus who bought a greymarket camera
in Argentina and then managed to clobber the firmware. If the description
doesn't apply to you, feel free to ignore it.

It's not my case Bob, I was just travelling by US and bought a camera.
Normally you have to wait for a year to equipment like this be imported in
Argentina. (Yeah, it's Argentina, not Switzerland).
2 years later firmware is broken and official service refuse to assist me,
even paying for it. It's OK, I'll manage to waste my time because of a dumb
policy and send the camera to US to repair there.

Just for the record, I'd say a loser is someone that tries to make fun with a
guy that is trying honestly and respectfully to get some help.

If jumping to conclusions was added as an Olympic event, there are
some in this newsgroup who could set new world records...even with
penalty points for jumping to wrong conclusions.
