The next generation of Canon dSLRs is out of the bag.

What about Nikon?

look like a Leica M6 so no own will actually use it other than as a

D2X to put away the 1D MkII at Photokina. D90 to put away the 20D - best
guess so far, February. Maybe D50 at the same time to finally put the drebel
out of its misery.
