The Eyes of EOS - Lovely Sunday morning read...

I've been spending a rainy Sunday morning reading (rather looking at) _EF Lens Work III, The Eyes of EOS_. If you have any interest in Canon's lenses, this is a great addition to you library as well as providing some challenging examples of just what can be done with them. It was 16.95 well spent. I spent the sunny Saturday afternoon hiking, along with a 20D + 300/4IS + 1.4x converter (672mm equiv. in 35mm term). There are no wild lifes to capture but I shot many pictures accross the lake, all handheld. After auto level and constrast, due to the long distance that reduces clarity, the images, viewed at 1:1, are sharp, with rich color. I am very impressive that I feel like I should study the books you suggested. |
