Nikon D-50 Cropping Question
The camera allows you to see what the photo will look like when it's cropped
but I can't seem to save the cropped photo. Is this possible?

Hi Don't know the answer to that one, but the forthcoming D80 is supposed to be able to do several editing tasks right in camera. I suppose someone must need this ability, but not me. Roy G

I'd still prefer to have the uncropped photos remain on the card. If there's enough space remaining on the card, I suppose the camera could save copies of cropped images, suitably named to easily distinguish them from original image files.
