Default Kenko extension tubes

Hi all,

I just received my new Kenko Extension tube set and am looking forward
to trying them out. I got them from Germany and they where delivered
with a german only manual page. This is a fairly simple document (single
page). It seems to contain some potentialy interesting information. Does
anybody know where I can find this information on Internet or could
somebody mail a scan of this to me?

Also I had found a very interesting web site detailing the use of these
extension tubes. Use a tripod, use a flash, use a reflector as you will
get very close and it also gave some typical aperture, time and flash
settings. Obviously I lost the link. Anybody able to help me out?

These are basicaly luxury items as a figure the best way is by trial and
error. The beauty of digital is that each trial only costs time and a
minor amount of frustration.

Daniel
