I have heard this before, but don't recall from where.
Maybe that is why satan attacked the USA on that date in 2001. I know he
hates the day Jesus was born. I know Jesus was not born in December,
because angels appeared to shepherds in the field, that were watching
over sheep and told them that Jesus had been born and in December there
are no shepherds or sheep in the field.

When I was a boy, my parents decided we could celebrate my birthday in the
Summer...even though I was born in the winter.

Do you believe this somehow dishonored me?

It didn't.

I'm no theologist, but do you think the seasons may have been slightly
different 2000 years ago?

I know that the seasons we are having now are very different from when I
was younger. Summer used to be from December to February. Now it's from
November to April.

I do think that is very much a possibility.
Maybe he was born in December. However December 25th is a day of
celebration of a false pagan god.

I know you are a religious fanatic but I don't think anyone in this NG has
*forced* you participate in a "pagan practice".
HAPPY HOLIDAYS (call them whatever you wish and celebrate them however you
wish) and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I see nothing wrong with celebrating the birth of Jesus everyday. It's
the pagan practices that take place on holidays that I do not wish to
participate in.

Curltural meanings change, Cody.

A tree is no more pagan than lighting a candle is Jewish.
It's when you do it with that meaning in mind that it becomes so.

To some, dancing is an act of devilry.
To others, it's exercise.

To others its a vertical manifestation of a horizontal desire.

KC & the Sunshine Band: Get down, get down, get down, get down, get down
tonight babe! ;-)
Now that's what I call celebrating the holidays!
Happy Holidays!
