RB67 Depth of Field with Extension Tube
Greetings,
Perhaps I overlooked this in the manual, but what happens to depth of field when I add an extension tube - specifically, the 82mm version? Thanks in advance, Tom |

You can use any DOF calculator found with Google to calculate the actual DOF. Just add the length of the tube you are using to the bellows extension. You can read the latter from the side of your camera body. I found a very nice DOF calculator he http://www.vanwalree.com/optics/vwdof.html There are interesting articles about DOF and optics. Read those and you know a lot more. Severi Salminen |
