How terrible will that terror get, while multitudes of illegal aliens cross our borders daily? If a suicide-bomber uses a weapon-of-mass-destruction to destroy an entire city, would that be very terrible. If they blowup a few bridges and shoot a few civilians in the street, will that only be a little terrible? The Truth is not irelevant to the problems we face. Cody, |

"Annika1980" wrote in message ... From: "William Graham" What the "news" article says to me, is that, because terrorists are angry at us, they will increase their activities....So what else is new? Criminals are usually angry at policemen. At what point in history did we suddenly become the world's police force? Was there a vote? Sounds kinda dictatorial to me. As Bush says, this is a different kind of war. The enemy isn't sitting inside some well defined boundary's tooling up for the battle. He is using other peoples property to do his tooling. If the other countries can't police him themselves, then we are going to have to do it for them. When one of my wife's grandchildren shot a firework from my bathroom window into my neighbors garage a couple of years ago, it was my responsibility to take care of the damage it caused. I didn't say, "Well, Mac, (my neighbor) he's not my grandkid, and I didn't shoot the firework, so It's not my responsibility." He was staying at my house, and I didn't stay home and keep an eye on him, so it was my fault that he did what he did. The same thing is true of other countries. If they play host to OBL and his little band of A.H.'s And they cause damage to our property, then the countrie(s) that give them space, aid, and comfort are responsible. So we have to do something about it. |

William truly believes that we (the US) should be the world's police force,
and he's absolutely serious. His explanations to support this are truly laughable, and riddled with gaps in logic that you could drive a truck through. I don't know the guy, but his posts are, well, not very well thought out. "Annika1980" wrote in message ...
