J and C Photo

In two other discussion groups there are long strings of people commenting on
problems with J and C Photo. Here is one string

This is an interesting forum with discussion groups on different formats and
tradtional black and white and color. It is worth checking out.

Yes, I have an agenda. People should be informed consumers. Do you have a
problem with this? I do not see simiar threads on other mail order places

This forum usually doesn't carry litanies of grief concerning vendors, but
perhaps a 'heads-up' is a good thing. It might be helpful to simply add
that J&C's problems might be due to their big move.

another dig at me from John Stafford. When he can't find something positive to
add to the conversation he makes a dig at me.

If there are other threads about retailers/mail order places how about letting
people know about them rather than making another snide remark.

the extent that people read this group it's really bad PR for your
magazines. I'm sure there are people out there who don't buy them
because you publish them... and they know you from this group.

I understand that I am blunt but honest to a fault. If some people are insulted
I guess that is the price I pay for unrelenting honesty.

I was not the one who started the thread on J and C photo in either of the
other groups. In fact those threads had a life before I knew about them. All I
said was that we tried contacting them and were not getting a response. This is
an honest statement and fit with comments being made by others. It is not clear
to me why I've been singled out for such criticism.
