Removing Dust from Sony P200
I love this camera, but I keep getting dust blurs on pictures (about
once a month). After sending it off for a cleaning (under warranty) twice, I heard about using a high powered vacuum to remove the dust particles around the telescoping lens. I found a great solution -- it is called a "Vacuum Micro Attachment Kit" available from Cyberguys (www.cyberguys.com) for only $7.95. It hooks up to any canister or upright vacuum and does an amazing job with any electronic device. In fact, I have stopped using compressed gas/air, as the kit does a better job. |
