Default Custom Change-Over for Eiki 3580's? Help

Possibly the wrong group to post this, but I thought I'd start somewhere, If
you know of a better grp to post - pls advise.

Looking for a way to do a change over on a pair of Eiki 3580's. I've only
seen on once, so I know its possible. Any Projector mechanics / automations
specialists out there who can help?

I was thinking of wiring the main switch's in parallel to a set of relay's.
These relays would interface to a timing circuit that read que's placed on
the film. To read the que's, I thought I'd use a sm photo-sensor placed
somewhere in the film-path. When the 1st que passed under the photo-sensor
it would shut off the light on Prjtr-1, wait a second or so then turn off
the motor. At the same time, Prjtr-2 motor would run and turn on its light.
Do I need another que here? Would like to go seamless as possible

Thanks,

Aaron
