Default NIK sharpener?

i wonder...is this stuff any good---i mean, like, say PS and it's unsharp
mask? Which one would you reccomend to use?

Default NIK sharpener?

It isn't a matter of what is better so much as what you are willing to learn
and what interface you prefer.
The Nik sharpening plug-ins work well but are very expensive for what they
do. They do not do any better than you can do with Photoshop, especially the
CS2 smart sharpen filter, if you are willing to learn and experiment.

Step one: everything from Nik is -grossly- overpriced.
Proceed in your chosen direction from there.

OK, it was just a thought...and i'm glad i asked you. Thanks for advices..

BTW...i looked to adobe a bit---i'd say that elements are quite nice,
especially price, so does anyone of you know which features soesn't have
which i would use for working with RAW --jpg stuff?
