Default old Bronica ETRS 75mm MC lens - which adapter to fit lens hood?

Hi, just bought this 75mm rectangular lens hood on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...tem=3815277476

Thinking that it would fit my old 75mm MC lens fine. It doesn't
(diameter is quite a few milimeters too wide, and looks like it wants
to click-lock into something that isn't present on the front of my
lens). Presume therefore that it was designed maybe for the PE series
of lenses.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what adapter I could get to sit
between the lens and the hood? My lens has a 58mm thread if I
remember correctly!

Cheers.

The lenshood apparently is for the later lenses that accept 62mm filters.
Since the hood attaches to the outer diameter of the lens using a bayonet
system, I doubt you will be able to find an adapter. I don't believe
anything like that exists.

Correct, it fits the PE lens, and there is no adapter that you can buy to fit
it on the older 75mm MC lens.
