Nikon SB600

Does anyone have any information on the Nikon SB 600? Is it compatible with
the CP5700?
I am preparing to buy a decent flash, and this comes to mind first. Any
other suggestions would be appreciated.

What are you looking for in "compatibility". Nikon did not equip the
CP5700 (I know, I own one) with many of the useful features of their
pro camera line. like- no zoom, no AF assist, no TTL, ...

I bought a much cheaper, and it works great Vivitar 730AFNi, for my
CP5700.
