I'd put that test against ANY image claiming to be not digital.
That would probably eliminate 80% of photo.net crap

I don't understand. Is there a prohibition against
digital captures being shown on photo.net?

Or are people falsely claiming "this photo is
not a digital capture" when it is?

And if the latter, how do you know?
