For what it's worth, I developed a few films at the weekend in this.

The negs look pretty good although I haven't had a chance to properly
scan them. I'm going by how they look through a loupe.

Scan? Loupe? Why not print them? I'm above all interested in how it prints
;-)

I don't have space for an enlarger. It's simply not possible in my
rented flat to a) make a room properly light tight and b) find
somewhere to store the enlarger.

Enlargers are cheaply and easily available these days so if I had the
space I'd definitely have one, but I don't.

So I compromise by shooting film and scanning. I pay for proper prints
of particularly good negatives but otherwise make do with inkjet
prints from film negs. The stored negs can be printed when I finally
sort out an enlarger.

I will, soon, have occasional access to a darkroom through work so I
will be optically printing more often. If I get a chance I'll give
some feedback on the ADX developer.

You don't even have room for a small enlarger such as a Durst M305 ? I
mean the baseboard is only 14X16". Add a decent 50mm lens and a Nova
slot system and you can make 8X10's in an area only about 18X36" with
an area for a singly tray to catch the prints as you bring them out of
the fixer.

Now light problem, that can sure be a challenge !
