Olympus Camedia C-4000 Camera & Accessories. This is a very nice and high
tech camera. I am including a review of the camera at the end of the ad. It
comes with eight rechargable batterys, two 64 meg smart media cards, two 16
meg smart media cards, carring case, charger and USB cable (not pictured).
Camera is a great picture taker. Selling because I got a SLR for my
birthday. The camera looks much better than the photo's. It looks in
practally new condition. Buyer to pay 10.00 shipping in lower 48. I do not
have any software with it but none is needed. I use a card reader and
ACDSee. Olympus Camedia C-4000 Camera & Accessories The newest addition to
Olympus' C-Series, the C-4000 ZOOM's elegant, ergonomically designed body is
comfortable, lightweight and easy to work with, even during extensive
shooting sessions. It features a polished silver finish with metallic top
and front covers for extra durability. The Camedia C-4000 Zoom is an
affordable, full featured 4 Megapixel digital cameras that offers an Olympus
zoom lens, total photographic control and advanced features such as
Multi-Point Spot Average Metering, Super Macro focusing, and Histogram in
Shooting and Review modes. The C-4000 ZOOM combines a wealth of the kind of
features accomplished photographers need, with the ease of use and low price
that makes it appealing to all kinds of consumers. It combines a 4 Megapixel
CCD and a high-performance f2.8 3X Optical Zoom lens that functions with a
smooth 3.3X digital zoom for seamless 10X total Zoom capability. The C-4000
ZOOM delivers all these features and more in a compact, stylish package plus
the latest in Olympus image quality and exposure technologies that provide
consistently crisp, high- quality prints up to 11" x 14". C-4000 Zoom's
Olympus all-glass 6.5mm-19.5mm f2.8-f11 lens (the equivalent of 32-96mm in
35mm photography), which is matched to a 4.0 Megapixel CCD. Six unique Scene
Program modes optimize image quality by biasing exposure, tone and color to
provide the best match for specific shooting situations, including
everything from Landscape, to Night Scene, and Sports photography. The
C-4000Z's Noise Reduction mode facilitates noise-free photos during long
exposures. The C-4000 ZOOM is extremely easy to use. Standard Program Auto
mode allows photographers to take flawless pictures in typical situations
using basic point-and-shoot techniques. Users can easily access six
different Scene Program Modes with the exclusive new "Virtual Dial" feature,
first seen on the Olympus D-550 ZOOM earlier this year. The "Virtual Dial"
feature gives the shooter instant access to settings such as Portrait, Self
Portrait, Landscape-Portrait, Landscape, Night Scene and Sports. Olympus'
newly enhanced "My Mode" feature now offers 4 separate user-customizable
settings for more creative options. The menu also features three Shortcut
Buttons that save menu navigation time by letting the user assign the most
frequently used menu categories to these three buttons. Experienced
photographers will appreciate the C-4000 ZOOM's manual settings with
individual controls for aperture priority, shutter priority, and Full Manual
Operation with manual shutter speeds ranging from 16 to 1/1,000 of a second.
Multi-Point Metering enables up to 8 separate points in the image area to be
averaged for proper exposures in the most difficult lighting conditions, a
feature not typically found on cameras at this price point. Dynamic
Histograms are visible on the LCD in both Shoot and Review modes to
accurately display the photo's brightness across the image area. Other
advanced controls include: Selectable AF Point, moveable with the menu
navigation arrow pad and Super Macro mode for photographing subjects closer
than one inch. An External TTL Flash Terminal is provided for the FL-40 TTL
flash or for syncing to studio strobes. Adjustable White Balance and One
Touch White Balance provide maximum shooting versatility. The C-4000 Zoom's
wide range of accessories, including an assortment of lenses, external
flashes and powering solutions, make it ideal for the photographer who wants
a complete camera system at a price that makes sense. Developing
photographers will appreciate the ease of use provided by Automatic and
Scene Program modes, while the C-4000's full Manual control offers advanced
photographers a highly precise photographic tool.
