FA: Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1 Digital camera with Leica 12X optical zoom lens
FA: Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1 Digital camera with Leica 12X optical zoom lens
Ebay auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=3846192 884 Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1 Digital camera with Leica 12X optical zoom lens. . Camera is in excellent condition and comes in original box with battery, 64 meg SD card, AV cable, USB cable, charger, manuals, registration card and unopened software disk. Camera is only 2 mega-pixel but with a 12x Leitz/Leica optical zoom lens, image stabilization and 4 frame per second burst shooting it does on the long shots for sports, wildlife and many other subjects what no 5 or 6 mega-pixel camera with a 3x or 4x lens can do. I have the foreign language manual for the camera instructions and the English and foreign language manual for the software. I did misplace the English language manual for the camera but it can be downloaded free from Panasonic' s web site and I am including it burned on a CD in the PDF format Panasonic's Lumix DMC-FZ1 features a high quality Leica DC-VARIO ELMARIT 12x optical zoom lens, the most powerful zoom lens on any digital still camera. This all-glass aspherical lens is equivalent to a 35-420mm zoom lens on a 35mm film camera and maintains its F2.8 brightness throughout the entire zoom range. To help reduce the possibility of camera shake when shooting distant and fast-moving subjects the lens is equipped with Mega Optical Image Stabilization. Panasonic includes a special lens hood that diminishes flare and ghosting when photographing extremely bright outdoor scenes. The Lumix DMC-FZ1 incorporates several new features including a newly developed digital signal processor that increases its processing speed and allows sequential shots to be taken quicker. Using this robust processor and its buffer memory, the camera captures up to 4 frames per second in high speed burst mode. This makes it an ideal camera for outdoor and sports enthusiasts thanks to its quick response and minimal "shot to shot" delay. Power is supplied by a proprietary lithium rechargeable battery pack that is charged outside of the camera. The charger also serves as an AC power adapter and allows you to charge one battery while using another. Images and movies are stored on removable Secure Digital (SD) memory cards which are available in capacities up to 1 Gig. The data is easily transferred from the camera to the host PC via its built in USB port or with a SD card reader. The 7 in 1 card readers can be bought new on Ebay now for as little as $10.00. Pictures and movies can also be replayed on a television set with the audio-visual cable. Buyer to pay 10.00 shipping in lower 48. |
