Hardly. If you had read more carefully you would have noticed that I

previous postings". If you know of a way to evaluate someones
experience/knowledge/... without knowing anything about him please
let the world know how to do it.

Anyone reading Jürgen Exner's posts please note that although he
posts relentlessly on a number of topics he has been proven wrong on
every last one of them by dozens of people from many walks of life
with far more experience than he will ever hope to have.

Luckily having a posting history makes it trivial to show actual
evidence about how absurd such claims are. I'll make it easy: please
