Default Panasonic cameras

I've done my web shopping for a zoom camera and 1st choice is a Panasonic
FZ3, about $350

F2.8 12x Leica optical zoom (35 - 420 mm)

color LCD TTL viewfinder

optical image stabilizatiion

small and lightweight

I've never known anyone who owns a Panasonic camera. Would like to hear
comments from Panasonic owners.

I have the FZ20 and am extremely happy with it. Great optics, really shines
on macro pics. Easy to use out of the box but with some good manual
controls if you want them. The zoom is good and the image stabilization
works very well. The FZ 20 was well worth the $600 for me.

Do you find it difficult at times to see clearly looking through the view
finder? It seems not bright enough to see what you are taking under low light
conditions. Other than this, my FZ-10 is great.

Thanks -
