durst 605 bulb

Hi,

what is a recommended bulb for a durst 605 for black and white
development.
i recently bought a used durst enlarger but the bulb was missing and I
can not find the specific bulb needed for it.

I've been using a GE, #PH212, 150W, 115/125volt bulb. It's actually a
white frosted bulb. A 150W bulb is max for this enlarger, you could
also use a 100w bulb.

About 20 years ago I bought three of them and I still have one as a
spare (unfortunately,not for sale).

This is very similar to the M-601 I use and will use the same PH211 75 watt
bulb, the 212 is too hot (and not needed for negs of normal density, this
machine has a very efficient light path). Be sure to adjust the bulb when
installing.
