Avigon telephoto bayonet double lens for Bay-1 TLR cameras

I purchased this "double lens" for my Autocord. I know nothing abuot
it, but the price was right ($19.00) for a mere curiosity. Have any of
you used one with a Bay-1 TLR? The magnification seems to be very
weak- perhaps 2x or 3x.

I used something like this on my Yashica Mat 124G, the quality is terribly
poor, even if the attachment was supposed to be specially designed for the
camera. Stopping down didn't improve anything as it added vignetting. It is
worth a try anyway.
