Then you will have the Feds to deal with as the FAA has jurisdiction
of ALL U.S. airspace from ground level, and interfering with any
aircraft manned, or unmanned is a federal offense.

...and I flew within the FAA sUAS regulations for recreational sUAS
flights.

would be a road traffic violation!

There are only a few circumstances that having my car parked where it was,
could be considered dangerous.

For starters my car was parked off the actual road, (Nacimiento Lake Drive).
The road intersection is Nacimiento Lake Drive and Bee Rock Road, which is
the military road which runs between Camp Roberts, and Fort Hunter Liggett,
The gates on Bee Rock Road are locked and controlled by the military police.

...and if you are going to cite traffic laws in California try using the
California Vehicle Code. Probably the closest cite might be California
Vehicle Code - VEH§ 22505 (a) (1)

"(a) The Department of Transportation with respect to highways under its
jurisdiction may place signs or markings prohibiting or restricting the
stopping, standing,or parking of vehicles, including, but not limited to,
vehicles which are six feet or more in height (including any load thereon),
in any of the following areas and under the following conditions:
(1) In areas where, in its opinion,stopping,standing,or parking is
dangerous to those using the highway or where the stopping, standing,or
parking of vehicles would unduly interfere with the free movement of traffic
thereon.”

Note: CalTrans doesn’t seem to have placed any "signs or markings
prohibiting or restricting the stopping, standing,or parking of vehicles,
...” anywhere near where my car was parked.

No such thing as a traffic violation unless there is a cop present, and
willing to do something about it. I can’t imagine too may cops would be
interested even if there were signs posted. That road looked pretty empty to
me.
