Sure, fly to Britain instead, or France. You can't get a hand inspection of
your film in those countries under any conditions, except at Heathrow you can
ask in advance and bring your film in a day early, which is *really*
convenient.

Just how burdensome is it to wait an extra five minutes while they check your
film by hand? Big deal.
