My trusty old Nikon Coolpix 990 has finally died, so I'm searching for
a smaller replacement. I've narrowed down my search to the Canon S500
and S60. Both are 5 Megapixes with 3X-ish zoom and within $50 of each
other. The S60 is a bit bigger, has a wider angle lens and has more
manual control. Other than this, are there any other major
differences?
