I personally have been taking photos in the dark all my life,

Those were some of my first photos.
HP3 developed for 10mins or more in acuspeed I think.

I remember Acufine, Autofine, Acu-1, and Diafine. I used a lot of
Autofine (replinished normal-speed developer) and Acu-1 (one-shot
pushing developer, like Acufine but one-shot). And a lot of D76 1:1.

My most extreme push was the old HC110 replenisher, diluted 1:15,
5 minutes, 75 degrees. For TRI-X, I rated it at EI 4000. (I wonder if
those numbers are what I actually used? I've probably still got the
notes somewhere. They're not the version I first found Googling now
for something like that push, but what I found doesn't look like
what I used.)
