Default Low Cost "Back-Door" To A Profitable Part Time Photography Career

Your photography equipment needs are minimal. You'll need a basic SLR
camera - film or digital. For additional control and future options,
the flash should be removeable. You'll also need lenses to cover the
standard range of portrait shooting distances, a couple zoom lenses
will work admirably.
Clearly, more camera gear is better, but this will handle getting you
started! Let your sales purchase anything else you might need.
You'll also need access to a computer and printer to create the
promotion materials. Throw in a few doodads from the local office
supply store and you're all set to go!
To have photo money start rolling in, there's no need to be Ansel
Adams. You just need to be competent. The mere fact that you've
considered starting a photography career - and you have, or you
wouldn't be reading this - says that you more than likely have all the
shooting skill necessary to generate lots of happy clients - and to
make plenty of money selling your photography.
Once launched, your photography, marketing skills and sales are going
to dramatically increase. Soon you'll be creating better and better
work as well as making more and more money. Maybe someday you WILL be
compared to Ansel Adams!
