Great links, thanks.
I tried scanning 110 negs with a Canon LIDE 500F. The scanner wouldn't
recognize the neg. I tried two 110 negs placed in the 35mm holder side by
side, it still wouldnt recognize them. My friend tried them in a differant
scanner ( I don't know the type), it wouldn't scan them either. I'm going to
order some of those holders, give that a try.

Frank,
I am lucky enough to have access to a Nikon 9000 film scanner, but any
scanner
that can scan negatives should do. This scanner has an optional 16mm film
carrier tray which I bought for $200 US. (a Nikon over engineered rip
off).
But I found out too late that a company by the name of GEPE makes 35mm
size
holders with (13x17mm) center cut outs for 110 film. The plastic mounts
pop
open and close for reusability, and the 6 picture negative doesn't have to
be
cut for scanning. The excess just hangs past the sides of the mount.

GEPE also has a mount with a cutout that's 8mm. Seems perfect for
scanning
Super8 movie film. My next project.

What scanner do you use to scan 110 negs? I have tried two differant

I love 110 film. It allows me to annoy my friends that have to have the
latest and greatest digital cameras.

I buy 110 film for my Pentax Auto 110 SLR at Walmart.
Still manufactured by Kodak, Exp. dated 4/2007 in 400 speed.
And I use their send out Fuji processing charging $2.83 / 24exp.
Negatives scan beautifully.
Michael.....
PS: Just thought I mention this so people know it's out there.
