Default ?HC-110 no longer good for 125PX and 400TX?

HC-110 dilution B was never recommended in small tanks. Useable in trays
because of the constant agitation a shorter immersion times. Have always
uses it at higher dilution when souping Plux-X and (in the old days)
Panatomic-X. The old Tri-X times were much longer (same neighborhood as the
TMax films) and perfectly OK in smaller tanks.

Today I visited Kodaks web site and checked for developing times for
HC-110, Dil. B, with 125PX and 400TX. I found that it was no longer
recomended because of short developing times of less than 5 min.. Those
of us who use HC-110 and have experimented with other dillutions like
Dil. D 1:39, E 1:47, and F 1:79 care to comment on developing times in
excess of 5 min. that still produce great neg's, I just bought a scale
on Ebay for mixing D-23, and D-76, but I'm intrigued with the longevity
of HC-110 and would like to explore its virtues.

Regards.
