Nah. You can one a fixed specialised lens integrated... Like the ones
in the link below have. Way cheaper if you are on a budget like the OP
seem to be. The goto solution for quality scanning is a dedicated
filmscanner, with a few exceptions like Kodacolor Discs then a photo
flatbed is the most reasonable solution economically, if you want do do
it yourself.
