The secret word on their ad is "interpolation." This means the camera
doesn't have a 6 megapixel image sensor. It captures an image at much lower
resolution that inflates it to 6 megapixels with software. It's like blowing
up a baloon. You can do the same thing much better on a PC.

I see an ad for Bell-Howell digital camera , 6M pixels, in Wall Street
Journal.
I see the ad almost everyday recently. It's price lists $299, which

sounds
quite cheap.
Does anybody have any opinion on this camera? Satoshi
