Well, that's why we have lawyers and courts, isn't it. I would argue with

I didn't argue with any briefs; I quoted the law--law that has not been
overturned or found to be unconstitutional, despite your claim that it
has been found unconstitutional.

I think that his brief contains enough decisions by courts higher
than municipal courts, to start swaying judges as soon as he gets
above the lower levels, and into appeals courts.

His brief doesn't contain complete references, and the majority of the
quotes are not relevant to the subject. The only thing it will sway
judges to do is to laugh it out of court.

The current California law is clearly unconstitutional, IMO, and we
aren't going to know that until someone with an infinite supply of
time and/or money bothers to fight it above the municipal court
level.

You haven't presented anything to show that there is even a hint of it
being unconstitutional, let alone being clearly so. Nor has it been
declared unconstitutional, despite your claim that it already has.

As I remember, the student graduated with honors,

Considering that the document you sent me was totally anonymous; I
strongly doubt that it was ever written by any law student--at Stanford

and was practicing in San Diego County, the last I heard.

And he'll keep practicing until he gets it right.

Just as you libs will keep giving your constitutional rights away until you
are all slaves to the state.

OK, now the ACLU is busy giving our rights away to the state,
Naptime for you.

Unfortunately, you will be taking the rest of
us down with you.....California has been making and enforcing
unconstitutional laws for a long time now. I remember them voting in
unconstitutional laws back in the 60's. Well, have it your own way, liberal.
You are hell bent on the path to your own enslavement.....
